Yukitsuru is the flagship brand of Tahara Shuzo in Itoigawa, Niigata, brewed with natural spring water from the foothills of Kubiki Komagatake mountain. Unlike the typical Niigata dry style, this sake is known for its rich umami and soft, mellow character, pressed using traditional bag-drip methods.
