Big Baby is our cloudy and unfiltered (nigori) meaning there are still rice particles and active ingredients suspended in the sake. This sake has a young, vibrant, and bold flavor that is alcohol forward with lovely tropical notes. Big Baby comes in at 15% ABV and is a winning crowd pleaser. As separation is natural, make sure you "shake the baby!"
