Naoi from Fujiichi Shuzou in Inazawa, Aichi, is one of several expressions at this 1870-founded brewery alongside the nationally celebrated Kikutaka brand, brewed with Kiso River subsoil water from the well-resourced underground reserves of western Aichi. Like the Kikutaka label, it reflects the brewery's emphasis on deliberate, meticulous koji work that built the brewery's reputation under toji Katsuaki Yamamoto.
