Mitamura is one of the heritage labels from Sukimusume Shuzo in Fukui Prefecture, whose founding family name, Mitamura, has been associated with sake production in the Echizen Washi district since the mid-nineteenth century. Brewed with White Mountain soft water, it reflects the clean, understated style of the region.
