Keisen Tokubetsu Junmaishu Konkon is a tokubetsu junmai from Hasamaya Sake Brewery in Kurihara City, Miyagi, polished to 55% and designed to pair broadly with sashimi, hot pot, and meat dishes. The name Konkon references the abundantly flowing spring water of the Kurikoma Highlands that feeds the brewery, rooted in the Miyagi sake tradition. It balances mild sweetness, clean acidity, and gentle umami from the mountain spring water.
