Honjozo Hidanosato is brewed at a brewery founded in the Tenpo era (1842) in Kamioka-cho, Hida, Gifu, using mountain spring water from the Hida region. The brewery has long offered two pillars of local sake, a sweet style and a dry style, crafted with a commitment to traditional hand-production methods.
