説明

Abunotsuru Shuzo was established in 1897 in the Abu district of northeastern Yamaguchi Prefecture, a remote, Japan Sea-facing region far from the prefectural capital, and brewed until it ceased operations, lying dormant for 34 years before sixth-generation owner Ryutaro Miyoshi revived the brewery. Since its revival, Abunotsuru has earned multiple domestic and international awards for both its sake quality and its striking label design, winning the Good Design Award in 2017 and the Sake Competition Label Selection the same year. Miyoshi uses exclusively contract-grown Yamadanishiki rice from the Abu district, refusing to blend in rice from outside the region. This non-classified expression, outside the standard grade tiers, likely represents an entry-point or special-format bottling from the brewery, reflecting the same obsessive attention to local ingredients that characterizes the entire lineup.
