Nagasaki Bijin

Established in 1688 in Hirado City, one of Japan's earliest international ports open to Dutch and Portuguese traders, Fukuda Shuzo has been crafting Nagasaki Bijin for over three centuries on Japan's western frontier. The daiginjo flagship is slowly fermented at low temperatures using spring water from Yasumandake and premium Yamadanishiki cultivated by local contract farmers, earning Silver at the International Wine Challenge 2021 and the Highest Gold Award at the national appraisal.
