沿革

  1. 1902Founded in 1902 (Meiji 35) by Minegoro and Nobuyo Takahashi. The original brand name was "Izumi Masamune" under the house name "Gorobei".
  2. 1933In 1933 (Showa 8), the company was incorporated and the brand was renamed "Tohokuizumi". The third-generation owner also worked in fishing.
  3. 1993In 1993 (Heisei 5), the fourth-generation owner switched to producing only premium designated-class sake (tokutei meishoshu).
