酒藏坐落于日本屈指可数的高原之乡"佐久穗"，北八岳山麓、千曲川上游，以千曲川优质地下水酿酒，传承至今已逾160年。2009年起，藏元黑泽洋平亲自参与酿造，与技术顾问中泽先生携手精酿。契约栽培以酒藏35公里范围内充满热情的年轻农户为主，自社稻米栽培占总使用量的5%，秉持"农酒饮生"的理念，以100%自社稻米酿酒。专注于传统生酛酿造法，追求风味与酒质的平衡，以及入口后的舒适余韵。

- 1858Founded in 1858 (Ansei era).
- 1898Established Kurosawa Partnership Company; adopted the brand name "Maruto".
