土田酒造自1907年起在群马县川场村经营，在第六代当主土田雄二的带领下，全面投身于以江户时代技法为核心的生酛酿造法、野生酵母发酵及低精米率的酿造理念。每瓶酒均不添加任何添加物，不含人工乳酸或酶制剂，日本仅有约1%的清酒采用生酛法酿制，使土田跻身全国最具特色的自然清酒酿造商之列。
