自天保三年創業以來延續至今的傳統酒藏「白嶺酒造」，徹底貫徹以米、水與人之和諧為核心的釀酒精神。酒藏與當地農戶合作，堅持追求更優質的原料米，使用從面前的大江山山脈「由良岳」山腰不動瀑布流出的水源。這水雖屬超軟水水質，卻能自由釀出甘口與辛口，是白嶺釀酒的起點，充滿神祕之力。堅守創業以來傳承的傳統釀造方法，以杜氏之手將精選原料釀造成酒，持續傳承這一釀造工藝。

沿革
- 1832Fifth-generation Rokuemon received permission from the Tanabe domain (present-day Maizuru) to begin sake brewing.
- 1845Thirteen years after opening, annual production reached 120 koku.
- 1869The seventh generation head inherited the family business at age sixteen and shifted to diversified management.
- 1889Eighth-generation Nakanishi Kazuo succeeded to the business.
- 1938The ninth generation took the name Rokuemon.
- 1950Incorporated as Nakanishi Meijo Co., Ltd.
- 1964Renamed to Hakurei Shuzo Co., Ltd.
- 1974The tenth generation took the name Rokuemon.
