這是一款酒精度12度、注重酸味與果味的全新感覺本格燒酎。在京都府產業技術研究中心的協助下,使用「京都酵母」中的冷酒酵母「京之咲」,與「白麴」的絕妙搭配,呈現出淡淡的甜口風味。無需搭配生魚片,與烤物、炸物、披薩或餃子等現代飲食皆相宜。可以RTD的方式與家人朋友輕鬆暢飲,亦可當作甜點酒來享用。
