사와노이
사와노이는 1702년 도쿄 오메시 사와이 지구에 창업한 오자와 주조 주식회사의 대표 브랜드로, '풍요로운 산 샘물'을 뜻하는 옛 마을 이름에서 이름을 따왔습니다. 양조장 부지에서 자연적으로 솟아오르는 고대 치치부 석회암 여과 암반수를 사용해 술을 빚으며, 상쾌한 향기와 풍부하면서도 가벼운 질감, 깔끔한 여운이 특징이라고 합니다. 오자와 주조는 1966년 일본 청주 업계에서 처음으로 양조장을 방문객에게 개방하고 이후 현장 레스토랑을 열어 현재 널리 보급된 청주 관광 모델을 개척했습니다.
