군마현 다테바야시시에 위치한 류진 주조는 1597년에 창업하였으며, 오제 고원의 눈 녹은 물에서 이름을 딴 오제노유키도케를 생산합니다. 양조용 물은 '류진 우물'이라 불리는 깊이 180미터의 우물에서 끌어옵니다. 라인업의 거의 모든 제품이 준마이다이긴조로, 젊은 스태프가 후쿠로시보리와 병압착 등 수작업 기법으로 제조하며 쌀은 신뢰할 수 있는 효고 농가에서 직접 조달합니다. 이 브랜드는 합리적인 가격에 고품질 준마이다이긴조를 제공한다는 점에서 높은 평가를 받고 있습니다.
