Ozenoyukidoke Tokubetsu Junmai is brewed by Ryujin Shuzo in Tatebayashi, Gunma, with soft underground water from the brewery's Ryujin Well, one of Japan's 100 famous water sources. The Ozenoyukidoke line is known for its apple and pear aromatics, clean rice umami, and a long, sweet finish.
