Yamaguchi prefecture's soft, clean water from the Chugoku mountain range supports the delicate fermentation conditions required for ginjo production, resulting in a light-bodied, aromatic sake with a clean finish. This expression represents a more accessible entry point into Kinsuzume's lineup while maintaining the brewery's commitment to refined, fragrant sake-making.
