Sansha Muroka Junmaishu Junmai Uwazumi is an unfiltered junmai from Harada Brewery in Takayama, Gifu, bottled as uwazumi (clear upper portion) separated from the fermentation tank without pressing, capturing a naturally clear, delicate flavor. Without charcoal filtration, it preserves the full natural character of the Hida Homare rice and the clean mountain water used in brewing. The dry, clean profile of this sake reflects the Hida cold-winter brewing tradition practiced by the 1855-founded brewery.
