使用100%京都府产与米亲和性高的"五百万石",精磨至55%的纯米吟醸。少量仕込酿造,上槽后无过滤瓶装,并严格冷藏保管,品质管理一丝不苟。拥有兼具温和与清爽感的吟醸香,高雅的米香扑鼻而来,丰盈的鲜味与爽利而锐利的酸味令人愉悦。开瓶后立即感受到清爽,之后随时间推移愈加均衡,整体非常协调。不仅适合冷饮,常温及热燗亦推荐。是一款引领料理美味的佐餐酒。

城阳酒造位于京都府城阳市,距京都与奈良各约五公里,1895年在温暖的气候与木津川地下水(软水)的恩惠下成立,1973年正式法人化。作为京都南山城地区唯一的清酒酿造厂,酒造传承创业以来的酿造技术,每年持续挑战新尝试,以生酒、瓶内二次发酵、冷藏瓶储等方式呈现清酒原本的鲜活风味。1993年起以当地青谷梅"城州白"酿造梅酒,选用大粒饱满如桃般的梅子腌制,经3年以上长期熟成,深受好评。
