将严选兵库县产山田锦精米至55%酿制而成的纯米吟酿酒。小批量酿造,无过滤生原酒上槽后尽快瓶装,以呈现清新干脆口感的春季限定酒。具有水果般的吟酿香气,新鲜的气泡感清爽宜人,山田锦特有的丰醇果味令人回味。开瓶后即感受到清新生动的印象,并带有果味米香。随时间推移逐渐融合,口感愈发平衡。※季节限定酒【2月前后】

城阳酒造位于京都府城阳市,距京都与奈良各约五公里,1895年在温暖的气候与木津川地下水(软水)的恩惠下成立,1973年正式法人化。作为京都南山城地区唯一的清酒酿造厂,酒造传承创业以来的酿造技术,每年持续挑战新尝试,以生酒、瓶内二次发酵、冷藏瓶储等方式呈现清酒原本的鲜活风味。1993年起以当地青谷梅"城州白"酿造梅酒,选用大粒饱满如桃般的梅子腌制,经3年以上长期熟成,深受好评。
