100%使用兵库县产「山田锦」,以精米步合60%酿制的夏季限定酒。小批量酿造,上槽后无过滤瓶装,冷藏保存,品质管理严格。带有令人联想到麝香葡萄和甜瓜的清爽吟酿香,清新优美的米香弥漫其中,爽利的酸味和干脆的口感令人愉悦。开瓶后即感清爽,随后逐渐融合,达到极佳平衡。作为与初夏至夏季时令食材相配的餐中酒,冷饮或常温均宜享用。※季节限定酒【5月前后~】

城阳酒造位于京都府城阳市,距京都与奈良各约五公里,1895年在温暖的气候与木津川地下水(软水)的恩惠下成立,1973年正式法人化。作为京都南山城地区唯一的清酒酿造厂,酒造传承创业以来的酿造技术,每年持续挑战新尝试,以生酒、瓶内二次发酵、冷藏瓶储等方式呈现清酒原本的鲜活风味。1993年起以当地青谷梅"城州白"酿造梅酒,选用大粒饱满如桃般的梅子腌制,经3年以上长期熟成,深受好评。
