Raifuku Brewery was founded in 1716 at the foot of Mount Tsukuba in Chikusei, Ibaraki Prefecture, its name drawn from a haiku expressing the wish to bring good fortune to all who drink it. The brewery's signature innovation is Hanakobo, a range of yeasts cultivated from flowers, which enables the production of sake with distinctively complex and unique flavor profiles across its full lineup.
