I MY ME, whose three Japanese characters mean love, rice, and fascination, is brewed by Nishibori Shuzo, a Tochigi Prefecture brewery established in 1872. The brand's flagship expression is Japan's first junmai sake brewed entirely from ancient red and green rice varieties cultivated in Japan for over 1,000 years, the result of more than a decade of trial and error to develop a suitable brewing method. The brand has earned international recognition including a Gold at CINVE 2021 in Spain, and won the Tochigi Design Award 2017.
