Hakkeikubiki is a series of eight sake expressions from Kubiki Sake Brewing, each named for one of the natural blessings of the Kakizaki region: sun, water, earth, sky, wind, trees, snow, and people. Brewed from 100% Gohyakumangoku rice grown in Kakizaki and spring water from Mount Ogami, the series is sold exclusively through nine specialist sake retailers within Niigata Prefecture.
