本酒造於1967年遷建,2017年解體後重新創立了新的釀酒廠。儘管隨時代變遷歷經多番更替,但對釀酒的初心始終不變。以當地產米和水為原料,用小批量手工釀造將米的風味充分引出,正如溫暖的備中氣候一般,釀造出充滿地方特色的清酒與果實酒。
