It is a delicious taste of raw pure rice. It is warm for three months from the bottling date (August). Please raise the temperature of the warming as the maturity is smooth. Immediately after opening, the taste is solid, but it is a liquor that keeps the taste up to the last drop. Released on September 9, 2017.

杉田酒造的釀酒理念是「釀出日本酒該有的味道」。明治初期，初代杉田房吉從新潟縣中越移居至此，被當地泉水（中村泉）的優質水質所打動，遂以此為仕込水開始釀酒。仕込水為地下水，水系屬「日光山伏流水」，座右銘是「工作不惜時間」。
