這是一款以輕柔酸味為特徵的清酒。或許有人因花筏的印象而覺得「味道濃厚」，但我們追求的並非單純的濃郁，而是找到兼顧酸味、鮮味、甜味、苦味等平衡的定位，釀出多層次的風味。新鮮感與果實感（淡淡的甜香）、輕盈的酸味和苦味在未經熟成的狀態下共存，以充分引出的酸味為基礎，將酒精度降至13度左右，使酸味更早展現。外觀宛如檸檬水般清透。味道圓潤而輕盈，期待呈現出餘韻深長的醇厚感，預計梅雨結束前後開始出貨。
