辻本店於江戶時代末期1859年在岡山縣創業,以「雄町的未來由雄町來釀造」為主題,專注於日本最古老的酒米「雄町」,堅持單一品種釀造。儘管風格純粹,卻以多樣化的表現形式充分發揮雄町的潛力,創造出豐富多彩的風味。第七代藏主辻聰一郎與其妹辻美都子(岡山縣首位女性杜氏)共同掌舵,並率先在全國復興「菩提元」釀造法,成為酒藏的一大特色。
