御前酒的代名詞,雄町與菩提的第四十九仕込み。每季仕込み第一桶,自復原菩提的原田巧先生時代傳承至今,始終以「雄前酒菩提にごり」為起點。如綢般順滑的入口中帶有隱約纏綿,雄町與菩提立體而多層的鮮味在口中充分綻放。這無疑是歷史最悠久、進化最深遠的菩提酒。御前酒菩提:御前酒前代主人原田巧先生,從「日本三米傑作無窮」的記述中汲取靈感,著手復原菩提。1984年開始試驗釀造,1986年以「雄前酒菩提與天然乳酸菌 本醸造四段印酒」形式正式商品化。

辻本店於江戶時代末期1859年在岡山縣創業,以「雄町的未來由雄町來釀造」為主題,專注於日本最古老的酒米「雄町」,堅持單一品種釀造。儘管風格純粹,卻以多樣化的表現形式充分發揮雄町的潛力,創造出豐富多彩的風味。第七代藏主辻聰一郎與其妹辻美都子(岡山縣首位女性杜氏)共同掌舵,並率先在全國復興「菩提元」釀造法,成為酒藏的一大特色。

Pleasant Nigori which has the rich flavour that Omachi offered, the sweetness and the acidity are even more pronounced once warmed up and has even more flavour. Very interesting to taste in different temperature
