辻本店於江戶時代末期1859年在岡山縣創業，以「雄町的未來由雄町來釀造」為主題，專注於日本最古老的酒米「雄町」，堅持單一品種釀造。儘管風格純粹，卻以多樣化的表現形式充分發揮雄町的潛力，創造出豐富多彩的風味。第七代藏主辻聰一郎與其妹辻美都子（岡山縣首位女性杜氏）共同掌舵，並率先在全國復興「菩提元」釀造法，成為酒藏的一大特色。

沿革

  1. 1804Founded the sake brewing business at the current location (Bunka 1). Received the name "Gozenshu" as tribute sake for the Mimasaka Katsuyama domain.
  2. 1970Around Showa 45, began actively focusing on junmai (pure rice) sake production.
  3. 2007Heisei 19: Tsuji Maiko became Okayama Prefecture's first female toji (master brewer), leading the brewery's sake making.
  4. 2013In November, several buildings including the main store and residence were designated as Registered Tangible Cultural Properties.
