沿革
- 1897Founded as a sake brewery in Ishige, Ibaraki Prefecture (now Joso City), in Meiji 30 (1897).
- 1954Reorganized as Nomura Jozo Co., Ltd. in Showa 29 (1954).
- 1976New warehouse completed in Showa 51 (1976).
- 1985New warehouse completed in Showa 60 (1985).
- 1995Began full-scale production and sale of narazuke pickles in Heisei 7 (1995).
- 2000Began production and sale of wasabizuke pickles in Heisei 12 (2000).
- 2006Began jam production and sale, and obtained a liqueur license, in Heisei 18 (2006).
- 2017Opened the directly-run restaurant "BRASSERIE JOZO" in Heisei 29 (2017).
