簡介
Yamada Nishiki is the foundation of this aged Daiginjo from Nomura Jozo in Ibaraki, brewed with Tsukuba Mountain spring water since the Meiji era. Extended cellaring deepens the character of the sake beyond the standard daiginjo profile; no additional product-specific tasting notes were found.
