沿革
- 1916Niseko Shuzo was founded (operated as an individual proprietorship at the time).
- 1948Tanaka Shuzoten Ltd. was established.
- 1971The company changed its name from Tanaka Shuzoten Ltd. to Niseko Shuzo Ltd., with Minato Mizuguchi becoming president.
- 1980The first Jizake Niseko Kai (local sake fan club event) was held.
- 2011The brewery won its first gold medal at the Sapporo Regional Taxation Bureau's new sake competition.
- 2015The brewery shifted to using 100% Hokkaido-grown rice for all of its production.
- 2018Annual production volume exceeded 80,000 bottles.
- 2024The brewery received the Hokkaido Industrial Contribution Award.
