沿革
- 1887Acquired the sake brewing license originally held by the Ochi family's brewery on October 25, 1887 (Meiji 20).
- 1943Due to wartime conditions, the brewery was designated a closed factory under the Enterprise Reorganization Act at the end of December 1943 (Showa 18).
- 1955Four sake brewing families joined together to jointly found Kyowa Shuzo Co., Ltd. in 1955 (Showa 30).
- 1971Registered the trademark "Hatsuyukihai" in 1971 (Showa 46), the name still used for the brewery's sake today.
