三千盛株式會社自1772年起在岐阜縣多治見市釀造清酒，歷經消費潮流的種種變遷，始終堅守辛口風格而從未動搖。三千盛品牌在日本被視為超辛口日本酒的代名詞，以平穩的香氣、均衡的酸度和乾淨俐落的餘韻為特徵，與料理搭配相得益彰。所有酒款均採用精心挑選的釀酒適用米和來自笠原川的泉水釀造。
