The nose smells like cold, rice and tropical fruits. The mouth feel is wonderful. It’s smooth and viscous and thick. Almost like drinking heavy water. Lots of pear flavor. The sake opens up as you drink it more. There are flavors of peach and watermelon rind. A very good sake that impresses with its lightness, but also…
