The brewery won a gold prize at the National New Sake Review and positions Akagisan as a clean, food-friendly sake capable of accompanying any meal. The brand is a separate line from the Hanahimesakura produced by the Kondo Shuzo in Ehime Prefecture, reflecting the shared name of two distinct breweries.
