Sansha Kinin Josen is a specialty expression from Harada Brewery in Hida Takayama, produced under the Kinin (Gold Benevolence) tier, representing the brewery's upper-tier standard grade. Founded in 1855 in the historic castle-town district of Sanno-machi in Takayama, Harada Brewery uses locally grown Hida Homare rice and the Hida cold-winter slow-brewing method. The result is a clean, dry sake with refined aroma and the balanced character that defines the Sansha style.
