Sansha Tokubetsu Junmaishu Tedukuri Junmai is a hand-crafted tokubetsu junmai from Harada Brewery in Takayama, Gifu, emphasizing artisan production at every step of the process. Founded in 1855, the brewery uses locally grown Hida region rice varieties such as Hida Homare and applies the traditional Hida cold-winter brewing method to produce a clean, dry junmai with solid umami and a crisp finish. The tedukuri (handmade) designation underlines the brewery's commitment to craftsmanship over industrialization.
