Description

Sansha Hyouon Chozo Muroka Nama Chozoshu Hyojin is a nama honjozo stored at ice-cold temperatures throughout maturation, a process known as hyouon chozo (below-freezing storage), which preserves its fresh, vibrant character. Unfiltered and bottled as a genshu, this sake from Harada Brewery in Takayama retains its lively texture and intensified flavor profile, revealing the depth of slow cold maturation. The brewery uses locally grown Hida region rice and mountain spring water for the base.
