使用酿酒适合米「五百万石」,精米步合65%酿制而成的本酿造酒。采用小批量酿造,上槽后进行无过滤瓶装,瓶装后冷藏保存,彻底进行品质管理。口感极辛口,香气柔和,风味清新爽快,收尾干净利落。开瓶后即刻感受到清爽气息,随后酒体逐渐融合,达到极佳的平衡感。除冷饮外,常温或温热饮用均适宜。

城阳酒造位于京都府城阳市,距京都与奈良各约五公里,1895年在温暖的气候与木津川地下水(软水)的恩惠下成立,1973年正式法人化。作为京都南山城地区唯一的清酒酿造厂,酒造传承创业以来的酿造技术,每年持续挑战新尝试,以生酒、瓶内二次发酵、冷藏瓶储等方式呈现清酒原本的鲜活风味。1993年起以当地青谷梅"城州白"酿造梅酒,选用大粒饱满如桃般的梅子腌制,经3年以上长期熟成,深受好评。
