纯米无滤过生原酒。约100年来首次仕込的生酛酒。以米(兵库县产山田锦)、麹、水为原料,引入酒藏内的天然乳酸菌,再加入酵母。仅培育木造酒藏中栖息的酵母酿造而成,沿袭江户时代以来的传统制法。
