Gozenshu Junmai Ginjo Nyoisan Omachi

🍶
Description

Renewed in 2022 under the policy of "Zenmuno Municipalization" by Gozen Sake. You can feel the elegant and gorgeous aroma, and the fluffy umami like Omachi rice when included in the mouth. If you have cold sake, you can feel the dignified core in the softness. "Nyoyama" is the name of the back mountain of our brewery. Many literary people and inkers visited the brewery. When Akiko Yosano stayed at the brewery in the early Showa era, it is derived from the song "The morning of the hottest at the foot of the deep mountain tree of the green wood of the green wood".
