在御前酒造「全能市政化」方针下,于2022年焕新升级。入口即散发出优雅华丽的香气,以及雄町米特有的丰润鲜味。冷饮时,能在柔和之中感受到一股清冽的骨气。「如山」是酒藏背后山峰的名字,曾有许多文人墨客到访。名称源于昭和初期,与谢野晶子在此逗留时所吟诵的「青木深山山麓最热的清晨」这首诗。
