Also known as "hanging". Use the traditional squeezed technique to put it in a sake bag and hang it on a bamboo rod to squeeze it. With no pressure, take only the amount that has soaked out of the sake bag due to gravity of one drop and one drop. It is clear and easy to drink because it squeezes only the part of the liquefied and fermentation without pushing out the ingredients inside the thorough particles.
