沿革

  1. 1540Founded in Kawanakajima, Shinano Province (Tenbun 9).
  2. 1696Family records predating Gensuke Chino were lost in a fire at the family temple, Korin-ji.
  3. 1765頃The Chino Taroemon Shuzo brewery (the old brewery building) was constructed, and twelve wooden vats of 15-koku (about 2,700L) capacity were introduced.
  4. 1963Established as Chino Shuzojo, Ltd.
  5. 1990Won the top gold award (shuseki kinsho) at the Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Taxation Bureau sake tasting competition.
  6. 1997A new brewery building was constructed.
  7. 2000Mariko Chino became the brewery's toji (head brewer).
  8. 2007Company name changed to Shusen Kurano Co., Ltd.
