Traincup Hakuzan takes its name from the Hokuriku Shinkansen's Hakutaka route and is part of Shusenkurano's 180ml train souvenir cup series. The brewery, founded in 1540 in Kawanakajima, Nagano, is the oldest in Shinshu. Specific grade, rice variety, and polishing ratio are not publicly listed.
