木屋正酒造创立于1818年，位于连接奈良、京都至伊势神宫的初濑街道沿线，伊贺盆地海拔150米，是自古以来的优质米产地，木津川水系的地下水纯净丰沛。2004年第六代传人西藏大之回藏后，以禅宗"只此一刻，随心而活"的理念命名了新品牌"而今"，追求不被过去与未来束缚的酿酒之道。

沿革
- 1818Founded in the Bunsei era on the old Hase-kaido road; the family, originally timber merchants, had moved from Imabari with the Todo clan in the early Edo period.
- 2005The 6th-generation owner brewed sake as head brewer for the first time and named it Jikon.
- 2018Marking the 200th anniversary, the brewery attempted kimoto brewing for the first time and revived the Takasago brand with the new method.
