A series of non -filtered raw sake that is packed directly on tank sites that are shipped in January to April every year. About 10 types are shipped every year due to differences in rice and alcohol. (only reservation) In Izumihashi Sake Brewery, all liquor is spare time and squeezed with "tank squeezing" using sake bags. The characteristic of this tank squeezing is that, unlike continuous Moromi pressure squeezing, it is squeezed slowly without pressure, so it is lumped into a more smooth and smooth liquor and a texture. The biggest feature is that "Arabashiri", "Central" and "blame" can be clearly recognized due to the time and pressure in the squeezing, and you can take only the good points. In addition, the centralization is 70-80 % of the total amount, but the inside and later are different in taste. In this "Tonbo Label Series", the first part of the place where the tank house (Funaba) is finished (about 15 %, it is lightly cloudy) and it becomes a medium (transparent). Approximately 300 bottles are directly packed on the spot at 1800ml. All series, the ultimate tank site directly packed (Funabaji Kazume) It is a freshly squeezed raw sake (of course, no filter). This product will be released only for the time of preparation, and will be released about 10 types until early spring.
