Description

Junmai Daiginjo Sake, the highest rice polished rice using Yamada Nishiki, which is grown in -house. The sweetness and flavor that spreads the mouth elegantly. The yeast uses No. 9 yeast of the Japan Brewery Association, and a traditional raw brewing is used for preparation. The taste and beautiful umami unique to the refreshing raw preparation are a wonderful balance. It is the best when it is warm.
