金陵創業於寬政元年（1789年），自江戶時代起被稱為「讚岐的金比羅酒」，作為海上運輸守護神金刀比羅宮的御神酒而廣受各地參拜者青睞。酒造使用金比羅山的淵水與有900年以上歷史的久原八幡宮的御神水，以讚岐平原產的本地酒米，在220餘年的歷史中積累傳統、技藝與匠心。近年還積極開發活用果酸、使用葡萄酒酵母和橄欖酵母的新品，追求與多樣飲食場景的搭配可能性。

沿革

  1. 1658In 1658, the founder Kaemon began trading Awa indigo dye.
  2. 1789In 1789, the 8th-generation Kaemon began sake brewing in Kotohira, Sanuki, giving birth to the Kinryo brand.
  3. 1918On September 25, 1918, the 15th-generation Kaemon reorganized the business as Kinryo Nishino Shoten Co., Ltd.
  4. 1934In 1934, Kinryo sake production reached 10,000 koku, with sales expanding beyond Shikoku to Tokyo, Osaka, Kure, Dalian, Hokuriku, and Sanin.
  5. 1948In 1948, Nishino Shoten Ltd. (now the chemicals division) merged with Kinryo Nishino Shoten Co., Ltd. to form Nishino Shoten Co., Ltd.
  6. 1997In 1997, a Shanghai representative office was opened.
  7. 2017In 2017, the company acquired all shares of Ogame Shoten Co., Ltd.
  8. 2024In 2024, the Osaka head office relocated to the Semba Diamond Building in Kyutaromachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka.
